The intimate sound of the classical guitar can add a certain understated elegance to your wedding as David Brandon performs traditional and contemporary favorites. A full wedding package can include pre-ceremony music, processional, unity candle, and recessional, with many other options available. The bride and groom may choose music from different styles including the ever-popular Pachelbel Canon, Bach’s Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring, Clarke’s Trumpet Voluntary, and Wagner’s Bridal Chorus. Reception selections include light classics, love songs, inspirational favorites, classical guitar hits.
Background Music
David selects a variety of guitar favorites from classical and popular styles of music suited to the particular occasion. Typical venues include corporate functions, conventions, banquets, parties, fundraising events, open houses, private dinners, and other gatherings. David’s services have been used by banks, hospitals, churches, schools, businesses large and small, hotels and restaurants, service organizations, and country clubs throughout the West Texas area.
Special Appearances
Perfect for an after-dinner corporate setting or a family gathering, David will play a private mini-concert. Performances last from 20 to 45 minutes, depending on the occasion. Programs include classical masterpieces, flashy favorites, a bit of romance, and a few guitar novelties – all displaying the versatility and virtuosity of the guitar.
When a venue requires amplification, David Brandon uses his portable Bose sound system.
